We wanted to check out this newly opened store. It was worth the visit. The owner and the staff's are very welcoming, making sure everything. Our meal came quick, and it was very good Definitely recommend this location. Great addition to our Roxbury town. Thanks to the owner for choosing this location.

This is the best Charlie’s location I have ever been to. From the very beginning of the process, the staff is very friendly and attentive. The manger at the counter asked all the right questions and made us feel right at home. Almost like a mom and pop shop. The food was fresh and brought to our table which was a very nice touch. A simple gesture like that makes the experience feel much more elevated. I ordered the classic Philly #2 on the menu with the ultimate fries. Will 10 out of 10 recommend this franchise location. Thank you for your kind service, professionalism, and friendly demeanor.

Yesterday, I visited the newly opened Charleys Cheesesteak in Boxbury Mall, New Jersey. The restaurant is beautiful, and Giset, the cashier, was very hospitable. She greeted me warmly, took my order, and Natalia served my food. Renee even visited for a follow-up. The owner was hands-on, taking feedback from everyone. I enjoyed the experience and wish the entire team good luck with this new venture. I highly recommend to visit store and try best Cheesesteak and wings.

Recently went here for the first time and enjoyed the food. Cheesesteak, boneless wings, fries, lemonade and milkshake all yummy. The lemon pepper rub was delicious. Service was fast and friendly and plenty of room to eat inside.

They recently open this location !!!!Well worth the visit. The staff was friendly and asked often if we needed anything. The food came quickly and was piping hot.The vegetable cheese steak was so good, it was quite large and the portion of fries/sides were large as well. We were so full that we skipped dinner! Amazing place and the stores around look inviting.

my family and I had lunch here and really enjoyed it. The place is clean and there is plenty of parking. Food was fresh and they provided great customer service. Would have liked to see bigger cheesesteak portions and or bread. Wings were pretty good and so was their lemonade. Would definitely come back for the wings but not the cheese steaks.

Went in for my first cheesesteak a while back, and I was satisfied with their portions. It's not as large as some cheesesteaks in Philly, but they are still decently big. Plus, the amount of meats and veggies in them make it a nice post workout meal for me. The food is delicious and the staff are all friendly, plus, their milkshakes are a nice dessert to indulge on after a savory meal. As a student of CCM, it's nice to have that discount, so this will be a regular hangout spot. If you're craving a large fresh cheesesteak(chicken or steak), look no further than Charleys Cheesesteaks.

Delicious boneless wings had the Bold BBQ and the Lemon pepper. Service was as expected as they are a new opening business. There was a minor error with our order it was quickly remedy and they provided excellent Service. Will be returning soon would recommend just remember as a customer to be friendly and understanding.
